With its sturdy stainless steel construction and choice of eye-catching colours, the LIVIVO Professional Espresso Maker is designed to deliver exceptional results, while being exceptionally simple to set-up, use and clean. The Single Control with a built in indicator light is easy to operate, the Cool touch Handle Carafe with water level gauge for allows for easy measuring and the removable, and washable drip tray allows for easy cleaning.

STEAM WAND AND MILK FROTHER

One of the biggest advantages of using the LIVIVO Espresso Maker is the ability to warm and froth milk to create a delicious cappuccino, cafe crema or latte.

Pour fresh, cold milk into a small cup or metal pitcher.
Engage the steam wand on the espresso machine and insert the steam wand into the milk, just below the surface.
Keeping the tip of the wand near the side of the vessel, create a vortex in the milk. Move the milk vessel so the steam wand starts to incorporate air into the milk and break up larger bubbles. The bubbles should get progressively smaller.
Once the mixture has increased in size substantially (about double for a cappuccino or 1.5x for a latte), remove the wand from the pitcher and serve.

EASY TO CLEAN REMOVABLE DRIP TRAY

At the base of the machine is an easy to remove and clean drip tray for collecting coffee drips and run-off as well as splashes from the milk frothing arm. Made in sanitary stainless steel the splash grid is patterned to keep your cup steady and also perforated to let drips and run-off filter into the small easy to empty reservoir below. We recommend cleaning after each use, though there's enough capacity to allow for less frequent cleaning for occasional users.
